These Terms of Service govern your use of the OQENYX website (oqenyx.com) and related services, including the Guardian AI platform and Onora assistant.

Services

OQENYX provides AI-powered services through the Guardian platform and Onora assistant. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes.

User Obligations

• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. • You agree not to misuse our services for illegal purposes. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or circumvent the AI models we provide access to.

AI-Generated Output

Our services generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may not reflect current facts. Output is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

Our services do not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI output is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving reasons. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example, an email to hello@oqenyx.com) before the period expires.

Note on digital services: if you expressly request that a digital service begin during the withdrawal period and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, the right of withdrawal lapses in accordance with § 356 BGB.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, and technology on this website are owned by OQENYX GmbH or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OQENYX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Munich, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.
