What does "usage" mean?
Usage refers to how much you interact with Onora — messages, reasoning depth, and context length all factor in. We don’t count individual tokens. You simply use Onora, and the plan determines how much is included.
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
On the Free plan, you’ll need to wait until the next day. On Pro and Team, limits are significantly higher and reset monthly. You’ll always see a clear indicator of your remaining usage.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card required. You get access to the Onora App, and Auto model selection is coming soon. When you need more, upgrade to Pro.
How do you handle privacy?
Privacy is designed into Onora at the architecture level. We don’t train on your conversations, don’t sell data, and don’t show ads. Revenue comes from subscriptions only. Data is encrypted in transit, retention is minimized by default. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade mid-cycle, you keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.
